The **Reports** area provides workspace-level summaries of agent activity and conversation outcomes.

Use reports to compare agents, review trends over time, and identify conversations that need follow-up. Open an individual run from the report when you need the transcript, recording, or detailed usage information.

Report availability depends on the data collected by your agents and the selected time range.
