> How Tig.ai keeps voice agents available when an AI component is unavailable.

# Internal fallbacks

Tig.ai has internal fallbacks for all three voice components: LLM, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech. If a component becomes unavailable, the platform can continue the call using its internal fallback path.

The specific primary and fallback providers are managed internally and are not user-configurable. Fallback handling requires no user configuration.
