# Billing

> Manage your Tig.ai subscription, usage, credits, and invoices.

Tig.ai billing is managed at the workspace level. Workspace owners and admins can open **Billing** in the dashboard to choose a plan, complete payment, review usage, and manage the subscription.

## Plans and usage

Plans include monthly conversation credits. Tig.ai tracks consumed credits and any overage in the current billing cycle.

Additional usage is charged at R\$0.85 per overage credit. The Billing page shows the current cycle, remaining credits, overage, and ledger entries.

## Subscribe

1. Open **Billing** in the dashboard.
2. Complete the workspace billing profile with the legal name, CPF or CNPJ, email, phone, and address.
3. Select a plan.
4. Choose an available payment method and complete the hosted checkout.

Subscriptions remain pending until the payment provider confirms the first payment. The subscription then becomes active and the first credit cycle is created.

## Manage a subscription

Workspace owners and admins can change the plan or cancel the subscription from **Billing**. Cancellation stops renewal while access and credits from the paid cycle remain available until the current period ends.

If the customer changes their mind before the paid period ends, choosing another plan resumes the suspended recurring subscription and starts the requested plan change flow.

The plan management screen also shows **Resume subscription** while cancellation is scheduled.

Changing plans creates a one-off invoice for the change. Its value combines the new plan price with any unpaid credit overage. The new plan takes effect after that payment is confirmed, and the existing recurring invoice is not reused.

The invoice history is available to workspace billing administrators when billing is enabled.
